Creator Revenue-Share Agreement

This Agreement applies when you publish a paid app to the Claritty public marketplace.

Revenue share

For each sale, Claritty retains a 20% platform fee and pays you the remaining 80% to your connected Stripe payout account. Fees, taxes, and refunds/chargebacks are deducted or reversed as applicable.

Payouts & taxes

You must complete payout onboarding and provide tax information. By receiving payouts you consent to tax reporting (e.g. US Form 1099-K and EU DAC7) where required, which Stripe facilitates on our behalf.

Refunds & chargebacks

If a buyer is refunded or wins a dispute, the corresponding portion of your payout is reversed and the buyer's access is revoked.

Your content

You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you publish and that it complies with our Terms of Service.
